14Consulting Services Specific Terms

• Consulting engagements are governed by separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreements.
• Deliverables and timelines are specified in the SOW.
• Payment terms for consulting services are Net 30 unless otherwise specified.
• Intellectual property created during consulting engagements belongs to the client unless otherwise agreed.
